2320 - Compliance with the Open Meetings Law

All meetings of the Avery County Board of Education shall be open to the public unless a portion of the meeting is closed by motion duly made and adopted. The Secretary of the Avery County Board of Education shall take full and accurate minutes of all meetings, including any closed session of the Board. Minutes of any closed session shall not be available for public inspection except by majority vote of the Board or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
